Property advertisements are displayed in search results based on when they were created. Over
time your property will appear lower in the search
results due to the more recent listings gaining the most attention. To allow you to maintain a higher profile of your property we offer 2 distinct features to help you promote your property. The first one is the ability to lift the visibility of your property up the search results. By using this feature your property will be be placed at the top of the search results for all searches that match the criteria of your property. (i.e. if your property is a semi detached house in Derbyshire it will be placed at the top of the search of anyone seraching for a semi detached house in Derbyshire) It will continue to be displayed at the top of the search results until either a new property listing, matchimng yours, is created or another person who's property matches the search criteria as your property uses this feature. In addition to this, an icon will be displayed on your property details attracting attention to it. Slide Show : £1 This feature replaces the static image displayed on the home page and search results with a slide show of images. This slide show is created by you choosing which images of your property would attract the most potential buyers or tennants. The slide show lasts for 24 hours before reverting back to a single static image. There is no limit to the number of times you create a slide show. Both these features are only available when purchased via the Property superstore Credit system.
